I did makeup and grooming for Ben and Jessica at a photoshoot for Le SemaineMagazine recently. Ben and Jessica are a great couple. Dynamic and fun! I had a great time and i’ll post pics from the shoot as soon as they’re published.

Sunday, I worked with the lovely and sweet Genevieve and the talented Deryck Lewis. The images are for clothing designer Iverine Colin-Thomé of mad-dash I’ll post more pics later.

Super fun little shoot for Toronto hardcore band: Speak of the Devil. I love getting to do some special f/x now and then. The prep includes turning my kitchen into a blood factory. A corn syrup base makes it tasty as well as gross looking! I used no prefab f/x blood or scars, all improvised. Matt Vardy is the talented photog.

The most challenging part was getting good haircuts to look messy. haha- Like not that “on purpose messy”, messy. Y’know?

I recently worked with photographer Dustin Rabin (whose work is on the cover of ROLLING STONE!!) on a few projects. Blue Rodeo ‘s new album cover and press shots. And the Justin Nozuka band.

A shoot I did with the INCREDIBLE photographer Brooks Reynolds.  ‘Kid’s got talent.

This pic shows up in this month’s ALTERNATIVE PRESS mag.  Johnny is in the upcoming flicks “Jennifer’s Body” starring Megan Fox, and “Scott Pilgrim vs. The World” with Michael Cera.

Johnny was a super fun guy to work with.  He and Brooks talked shop all night about photos.  He even gave me his personal Vanilla Sky DVD as mandatory viewing.
